We’re excited to introduce Andy Yiu, a talented and passionate Design Engineer who joined SCSA in November. Andy holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering from RMIT University and brings years of experience working with controls companies and large property portfolios. He’s also been involved in some of Melbourne’s most iconic projects, including the world-famous Federation Square.Andy plays a key role in the early-stage design of Building Management Systems (BMS), helping clients meet their strategic and operational objectives from day one. His work ensures seamless integration across all building systems and trades.Andy’s strengths include:

•  Meticulous attention to detail
•  Strong collaboration across all trades onsite
• Real-world, hands-on experience as a former BMS Project Engineer – giving him a deep understanding of how systems function beyond the drawings
