Gipps Cromwell Quarter (GCQ) is a landmark development in the heart of Collingwood, delivering 9,000m² of A-Grade collaborative and flexible office spaces across 11 levels.

GCQ’s vision is to create a future-focused, healthy workplace, addressing the growing demand for A-Grade office spaces in Collingwood, where less than one-third of existing offices meet this standard. A-Grade buildings are proven to reduce average monthly sick leave by 44%, while improved air quality enhances productivity by 8-11%.
