Overview Completed during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Nissan Building in Melbourne faced significant hurdles, with a low occupancy rate of only 75%. Despite these initial challenges, the building managers were determined to meet their NABERS targets. Today, four years later, the Nissan Building proudly boasts a 5-star NABERS rating, a testament to the collaborative efforts and innovative solutions implemented throughout the project.
As a new build, SCSA partnered with the key constructions stakeholder to select the best building automation solution. Our team focused on fine-tuning operations, optimising building performance, and implementing comprehensive energy management reporting to meet and exceed sustainability goals.
